2 x Category Managers
Our task is to search for two talented individuals who can demonstrate a proven track record, one to focus on Care and People Services and the other Environmental & Community Services.
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, innovative and strategic thinking individuals. You will be team players and have an eye for realising value, driving forward efficiencies and passionate about delivery, whilst have the ability to develop key stakeholder relationships.
You will have overall responsibilities of supporting and improving the procurement outcomes of your categories. The environment is one which is challenging and dynamic, your focus will be to develop best practice of sourcing strategies / policies, creating commercial awareness and most importantly developing relationships with diverse stakeholder for the best possible outcomes.
Procurement Officer
We are looking for a talented individual who can undertake procurement based project work, whilst also being responsible for delivering satisfactory outcomes from across the team's workstreams.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic forward thinking individual with the ability to communicate across a wide range of stakeholders and senior management teams. You will be a team player and have the drive to Identify and deliver innovative procurement solutions that provide savings and process efficiencies for the organisation.
You will have overall responsibilities for managing procurement projects, provide advice, support and tendering assistance to managers and contribute to cross cutting activities such as best practice, social care, environmental and sustainable procurement.
